Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your manager & Product engineering teams to understand the testing requirements and deliverables
• Design, Document, Develop & Execute systems verification tests for Xilinx Software & Intellectual Property cores
• Develop Test plans and Test suites based upon the product functional specifications and/or requirements
• Develop automation scripts and identify tests for automation
• Responsible for test execution, results analysis, reporting failures, problem recreation and verification of the fixes

Job Requirements

• Track record of good academic achievement, at least a 3.0/4.0 in a Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical/Computer engineering
• 5+ years EDA tools testing/verification experience targeting FPGA's or ASIC's
• Demonstrated ability to debug FPGA implementation & timing closure issues
• Working knowledgeable in high level languages such as C, C++, VHDL
• Experience with test automation and usage of scripting languages such as PERL, TCL

Preferred Requirements:

• PERL expertise
• Experience with HTML, Squish, CGI scripting
• Experience with testing IP
• Expertise with debugging FPGA design flow issues
• Experience working with remote teams effectively

Job Requirements

• Superior academic achievement, Bachelor or Masters degree in Electronics / Computer engineering
• 5+ years FPGA/ASIC design and/or verification experience
• Expert knowledge of VHDL and/or Verilog
• Good knowledge and experience of design verification techniques

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Xilinx FPGA implementation techniques
• Experience with PERL, C/C++, TCL or Java
• Experience with testing IP
• Experience with real time operating systems, Micro-controllers (e.g. Microblaze, pico-blaze)
• Debugging skills at system board level (hardware/software) experience using debuggers, logic analyzers in a lab environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful operation of the Xilinx Data Entry Team focused on Order Entry and End User Database Maintenance
• Supervise the Data Entry Representatives, manage their workloads, set and monitor suitable objectives, and plan their career development
• Ensure successful recruitment of new members into the team and provide suitable training to make them effective as soon as possible
• Manage the systems and tools used by team to maintain their productivity
• Define and develop policy and procedures to ensure the team achieves its target service levels
• Manage individual Career Development and focus areas
• Identify and support Training requirements
• Identify, measure, and review individual objectives on a quarterly basis
• Manage individual workloads from all customers
• Support the use of Oracle for Order Entry
• Support use of Outlook for Order Tracking
• Support provision of suitable phone, IT, and Intranet resources for each team member
• Develop and monitor use of Policy and Procedures for all functions of the role
• Develop a quota system to ensure equal workload and effective coverage
• Develop and monitor appropriate metrics to ensure service levels
• Coordinate with Consultants for successful recruitment of staff
• Develop training, induction and development plans for all new recruits

Job Requirements:

• Proficient with Oracle ERP Applications and MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to manage a Data Entry team
• Very strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to drive a continuous learning process for team members
• Bachelors Degree with 3 to 5 years of management experience in the area of Oracle Data Entry
