You can use WebCase to:

  • Create technical support cases
  • Attach design files
  • Add and receive new case data and updates in real time
  • Monitor your case status
  • Query open cases

To register for WebCase:

  • Navigate to http://support.xilinx.com
  • Click on 'WebCase' in the gray frame on the left
  • To Register for a new account Click on the 'Register' button at the top of the main frame. (If you already have an account, just log in using your user name and
    password.)
  • In the 'I am New to Xilinx.com' window, click on 'Create an Account'
  • Enter the requested details into the fields
  • You will be informed via email within 24 hours once your registration has been accepted
