The Virtex®-4 Video Starter Kit is the ideal hardware platform to evaluate Xilinx FPGAs in a wide range of Video and Imaging applications. The Video Starter Kit takes advantage of the new high speed ethernet hardware co-simulation capability and enables system integration, development and verification of codecs, IP, and video algorithms in real time.
