How should I connect the RFUSE input pin on the Spartan-6 device when eFUSE is not used?

Solution

If the Decryptor Key EFUSE is used, then connect VFS to a 3.3V supply (+/- 100 mV) that is capable of delivering 40 mA for fuse programming. RFUSE needs to be connected to ground via 1140 Ohm (1%) resistor.

If the Decryptor Key EFUSE is not used, then connect VFS to VCCAUX. RFUSE can be left floating.
