The Archive and Copy Project functions retain the original value for file type properties such as the XST Work directory. A file type property points to a file or directory location. Even if the user has never changed the values of these properties, the value in the Copied or Archived project continues to point to the location from the original project.

This issue has the potential of:
- corrupting or changing the generated output of the original project.
- resulting in read and write failures for directories or files that no longer exist in the previous location.
