IMPORTANT:
The process to submit Failure Analysis RMAs has changed. Instead
of opening a Webcase, you must submit your request via the RMA
Portal.

the RMA and Returns page for further information.
NOTE: Your WebCase login is separate from
your Support login. You are required to register for WebCase even
if you have already signed up for access to other areas on
Xilinx.com.
Did you forget your password?
There is a limit of 100 MB for each WebCase attachment. For larger files, please upload your files (using .zip) to the Xilinx FTP site. For instructions on this, please see Answer Record 1368.
Login and Registration Information
- Logging in to WebCase is separate from logging into Support
and Xilinx.com
- Xilinx will verify your registration upon receipt
- Approval of your registration may take up to one business day to
complete
- You may use your existing Xilinx user name and password when registering
Availability
- Available globally to all registered customers.
What to Expect
Xilinx Technical Support will provide assistance to all customer issues
except the following:
- Information related to device availability, pricing, order lead times,
product end-of-life, and non-standard product offerings (products that
cannot be ordered from the online
store ).
- Products obtained from unauthorized distribution/sales sources. See
the list of Xilinx distributors for
authorized sources.
- Software older than the last two major releases. (E.g., if 9.2i is
the current release, versions 8.x and 9.x are supported, but 7.x is
not.)
- Software installed on unsupported operating systems. See Answer
Record #18419.
- Some third-party products, including verification and synthesis tools.

- Third-party demo boards. Contact the third party vendor for
support.
- Devices used beyond data sheet and electrical characteristics.
- Products used in a manner inconsistent with general instructions
in the User Guide.
- For design or coding, please contact Xilinx
Design Services or Titanium
Dedicated Engineering for assistance.
- Application Note support beyond the reproduction of the specific
conditions and scenario presented in a given Application Note.
- WebCase is NOT available to University Program students (professors
ok). Please refer to the Xilinx University Program for
details.
