What is the reason for this error?
This error occurs when System Generator creates the USERTEMP area which consists of the Environment Variable setting for TEMP; usually C:\TEMP followed by sysgentmp -username, and the username contains non-English alphabetic characters (for instance, umlauts).
To work around this issue, change the username with which SysGen is being run to include only English alphabetic characters.
