Radiation

Radiation Defense Across All Orbits and Beyond

Xilinx radiation-hardened (RH) and radiation-tolerant (RT), reconfigurable FPGAs give designers robust, qualified devices that can meet the performance, reliability, and lifecycle demands of space. Xilinx performs and reports extensive single-event upset (SEU) characterization. All test methods, results and conclusions are completed in accordance with industry and government standards with the collaboration of our customers and the scientific communities. Extensive single-event upset (SEU) characterization is performed and reported by the Xilinx Radiation Test Consortium (XRTC). Visit the XRTC wiki for latest information.
